Automotive Parts Hydro Graphics Robotic Work Cell
Project Description:
To build a robotic work cell using a Fanuc paint robot for a company located in Windsor, Ontario. The operation of the work cell is to pick a rack of automotive parts from a stationary conveyor, dip the rack into a Hydrographic dip tank, then hang the rack on a moving conveyor.
Limpact Industrial Systems Limited participated as the main Electrical Contractor, and the Robot Programmer.
Scope of Work:

Electrical design, drafting and construction for the robotic interface control panel

Develop all control programs for the Fanuc paint robot

Supervise installation and verify field wiring
